Bottling takes a break

Wow--that was quite a busy 6 weeks!  We shut production down entirely and bottled 3 batches of Bourbon

1 batch of Applejack

and one Single Barrel Bourbon specially chosen and bottled for the folks at the Winking Lizard

When you take it all into account, it was close to 7,000 bottles! 

Considering our very first Applejack release

was 240 bottles, I'd have to say we've come a long way!

I can't thank my incredible bottling helpers--I truly could not have done it without each and every one of you that jumped on the line. 

And now, it is time to pull the line down.  The fermenteres are swollen back out and holding mash (amazing how much they dried out in 6 weeks!) and the stills have been fired back up.

Look for the line again in December, my friends--and Batch #4 of Tom's Foolery Ohio Straight Bourbon Whiskey!
